Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the strategic direction of trading, operations, and billing functions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and introduce automation to improve efficiency.
- Oversee trading execution, portfolio accounting, reconciliation, and advisory fee billing.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in investment operations, trading, or wealth management.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep knowledge of trading operations, portfolio accounting, and advisory fee billing within an RIA.
