Broker Dealer Operations, Associate

Accountabilities:

• Execute daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and driving breaks through documented resolution.
• Support customer account onboarding, maintenance, and securities transfers (including ACATs) with thorough documentation and exception management.
• Monitor operational alerts and queues, prioritize by customer and risk impact, and coordinate timely remediation with internal and external teams.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in financial services operations, brokerage operations, clearing and settlement, or trade support.
• Working knowledge of the U.S. equities trade lifecycle, including order processing, settlement, positions, and corporate actions.
• Experience with clearing platforms like Apex Clearing, and familiarity with Jira, SQL, or workflow automation tools preferred.
