About the Role:
- Lead the operational engine behind our TPA, designing work with AI at the center.
- Report to the COO and partner with product and engineering to automate plan servicing.
What You'll Do:
- Build scalable operations with documented processes and self-service training.
- Set SLAs and quality metrics with automated tracking and continuous improvement.
- Drive AI and workflow automation adoption across servicing operations.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in retirement plan administration or TPA operations, with team leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL rules; confidence as in-house authority.
- Proven track record of scaling operations through process and technology.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary $200,000-$225,000 plus annual bonus and equity.
