Responsibilities:
- Build and scale People Operations processes for the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
- Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and drive audit readiness across a multi-state organization.
- Lead open enrollment and manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of people operations experience in a fast-growing environment with deep knowledge of California employment law.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, HR systems like Rippling and Greenhouse, and end-to-end open enrollment.
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills to support decision-making.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range of $120,000–$165,000 depending on location, plus 10% annual bonus.
