Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HR experience in a multi-state, remote environment.
- Hands-on experience with HR tech stacks like Rippling and Lattice, and AI tools like Gemini.
- Solid knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and multi-state compliance.
