Human Resources Generalist

What You’ll Do:

• Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, HR processes, and basic payroll or benefits questions.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, contractors, and vendors, and conduct regular check-ins.
• Support culture initiatives, performance reviews, and training programs.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting a global, remote organization.
• Hands-on knowledge of Paylocity or similar HRIS, and proficiency with Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a sharp eye for detail.
