About the Role:
- Act as the primary expert on ERISA compliance and 401(k) plan administration.
- Provide guidance on complex provisions and high-risk plan changes.
About the Team:
- Work closely with Conversion Ops, Sales, and Legal & Compliance.
- Leverage AI to focus on high-value specialist work and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as escalation point and own QA for plan reviews.
- Conduct plan reviews and translate legal documents into actionable guidance.
- Build training materials and identify automation opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in 401(k)/defined contribution plan administration.
- Strong knowledge of IRS and ERISA regulations, with excellent communication skills.
- AI literacy and attention to detail are essential.
