Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent client and advisor experience during plan implementation.
- Coordinate data collection and act as a liaison between clients, advisors, and platform providers.
- Set up internal systems and load compliance software.
Qualifications:
- Five or more years of retirement plan implementation experience.
- Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a results-oriented team environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salaried position with base salary range of $70,000-$90,000.

- Paid time off and 401(k) plan with employer match.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote position with equipment provided.
- Must work from the USA.
- 40-hour work week.
