Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent client/advisor experience during the implementation phase of their plan
- Act as a liaison between clients, advisors, and platform providers to manage plan timelines
- Audit and process plan data, including census information, plan documents, and IRS forms
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in client implementation or data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload towards weekly goals in a results-only environment
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 based on experience
