About the Role:
- You will act as the single point of contact for plan sponsors, ensuring customer happiness through proactive and responsive service.
- You will work cross-functionally with implementation, sales, and support teams to resolve issues and optimize plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, superior customer service including problem solving and issue resolution.
- Communicate key plan features, assist with compliance, and manage annual testing and reporting.
- Act as the voice of customers by partnering with marketing and product teams to share insights.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in A-Z plan administration.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing startup environment.
