Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned book of business, providing strategic planning through proactive meetings and annual reviews.
- Serve as escalation point for service issues, identifying root causes and designing resolution strategies.
- Consult on qualified plan design, discrimination testing, and plan enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
- Seven years of retirement industry experience.
- FINRA Series 6 and 63, and Life insurance licenses or ability to obtain.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $91,000 - $125,000 annually.
- Eligible for annual bonus based on performance.
- Includes pension plan, 401k match, medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
