Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to align plan design with product capabilities.
- Research and review plan documents for compliance issues.
- Audit benefits analysis and system setup prior to plan launch.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of 401(k) compliance experience (QKA preferred).
- Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in managing multiple tasks.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
- 401(k) match up to 4% of compensation, health insurance, and more.
