Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales pipeline through conferences, networking, and face-to-face meetings with intermediaries.
- Manage the full sales cycle including proposal development, strategy, presentations, and negotiation.
- Build internal relationships and leverage sales support resources for RFP coordination.
Qualifications:
- Established network in assigned territory and proven success in small to mid-market DC plans.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required; strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, integrity, and ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range of $133,000 to $241,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
