Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate retirement plan documents, including adoption agreements, trust agreements, and related materials.
  • Manage onboarding workflows from initial document preparation through execution and completion.
  • Perform detailed quality checks and identify discrepancies before documents are finalized.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in retirement plans, TPA operations, or financial services.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
