What You’ll Do:

  • Manage onboarding activities for new retirement plan clients, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Review and map prior plan documents to ensure plan provisions are accurately reflected in the new plan.
  • Participate in plan provision and onboarding calls with clients, advisors, and internal teams as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience working with retirement plan documents and qualified retirement plans.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA and IRS regulations governing qualified retirement plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
