As a Customer Success Manager, you will build trust, understand client needs, and drive lasting relationships and success, leading to increased adoption, satisfaction, and retention. In this role, you will guide clients to achieving their goals, helping them get the most from our platform. You’ll lead business reviews, support campaign strategies, and share helpful insights.
Responsibilities include client onboarding and training, driving product adoption, relationship management, campaign strategy and execution, feedback collection for continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
