Event Project Manager

Opportunity:

• Responsible for the success of clients' most important internal and client-facing events.
• Will work with clients across the Tech, Finance, Pharma, and Non-Profit spaces.
• Requires executive presence to guide stakeholders through the complex lifecycle of AV production and creative design.

The Project Manager is responsible for:

• Audiovisual Event Project Planning: Leading events, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Communication & Decision Making: Leading the information flow between teams, venues, and client.
• Creative Deliverables Management: Managing logistics with vendors, maintaining asset trackers, and managing POs.

Impact:

• Within 1 month, learn about MT’s services and meet with team members across Project Management, Production, Creative, and Sales teams.
• Within 3 months, build strong relationships with clients and internal team members and become proficient in CRM, Netsuite and Hive.
• Within 6 months, manage accounts with autonomy and improve team efficiency.
