Job Description
The Salvage Administrator at Reserv may serve as a shared service resource supporting multiple business units across the organization. This role provides centralized oversight of salvage processing with our vendor partners, Copart and IAA, ensuring vehicles move efficiently from pickup through sale, while maintaining compliance with title and salvage requirements. The Salvage Administrator reduces salvage cycle time, improves vendor coordination, and creates consistency in handling across all lines of business.
Responsibilities include salvage monitoring & vendor coordination, title & document management, claim file oversight, auction & proceeds tracking, customer & vendor support, and reporting & compliance. This position also requires experience in auto claims, total loss, or salvage/title processing. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
