Your focus will be on deep customer understanding, executive partnership, and delivering outcomes that drive retention, expansion, and advocacy. Key responsibilities include customer consultation & business alignment, driving customer expansions, reducing churn through proactive engagement, strategic account planning, customer journey ownership, executive relationship development, insight-driven success management, customer advocacy, and serving as the voice of the customer.
