Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join Experian's North America Automotive business. This is a critical role for a strategic, analytical finance leader who can drive performance, deliver clarity, and help us scale. In this remote role, you'll report to the Senior Director of Finance, and join a team where accuracy and speed are necessary. You'll gain exposure to senior leaders, learn fast, and help shape decisions that impact the business. What you'll do: Lead monthly cost forecasting, capital planning, and scenario analysis, including product-level revenue reporting and innovation tracking; Track and manage technology/cloud spend, contractor costs, and labor allocations; oversee CapEx forecasting and controls for prepayments and accruals. Oversee the annual cost budgeting process and long-range planning cycle, aligning inputs across business partners and shared services. Deliver accurate reporting across the P&L, costs, and KPIs, producing dashboards and executive-ready insights. Partner with shared services and manage one offshore analyst to ensure consistency and quality of reporting. Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Regional Finance teams to align on financial goals and business plans. Translate complex financial data into clear, applicable insights that support leadership decision-making Analyze costs by function and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and expense optimization. Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve processes, and scale recurring analysis. Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, and Hyperion to enhance reporting, insights, and decision support.
