Impact Engagement Manager

The Sustainability and Impact Team at Planet is seeking a new Impact Engagement Manager. This role involves frontline responsibilities, collaborating with external partners in areas like conservation, climate, nature, public health, and humanitarian action, helping fulfill our mission to Use Space to Help Life on Earth. The Impact Engagement Manager will ensure exceptional outcomes in every part of the lifecycle of an engagement, from conception and enablement to impact measurement. Your mission will be to become a trusted collaborator, with a strong understanding of our product suite and its application in impact-oriented use cases. You will need to establish and maintain trust with important partners and coordinate closely with many internal groups, including Legal, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Product teams. Ideal candidates will partner with leading universities, NGOs and nonprofits, intergovernmental bodies, and companies across cultures and countries on implementing and scaling innovative technologies. The role involves coordinating Impact programs and special projects, building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with Impact partners, onboarding new partners, communicating consistently throughout the relationship and project lifecycle, and assisting partners to expand their usage of our products.
