The Service Coordinator will interface with customers and technical staff to handle service functions. They will provide outstanding customer service, resolve complaints and inquiries, and process invoices. The coordinator will communicate daily with technicians regarding ticket status and schedule, attend close-out meetings, and open purchase orders for subcontractors. They will also assist in product purchasing, monitor order shipments, and maintain a competent understanding of company products. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or Associates Degree in Finance and/or Accounting and 1-2 years of administrative support experience, be proficient in computer use, and have excellent communication skills.
