IDEAL INDUSTRIES is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to manage a defined territory and set the sales strategy to capture new markets, expand our footprint, and achieve sales targets. The manager will build relationships with distributors and end-users to drive product adoption and loyalty, and develop and implement sales plans that align with market trends and company goals. The role requires using data and market insights to refine approach and maximize revenue opportunities, partnering with distributors to develop product promotion strategies, and training and educating trade school trainers on proper use of products.
