Jr. Appraisal Coordinator

Role Overview:

• This is a full-time remote position supporting the West Coast region on Pacific Standard Time.
• The role involves managing appraisal orders, maintaining workflows, and ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize an assigned caseload of appraisal orders using Mercury Network and Encompass.
• Communicate with appraisers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and keep orders moving.
• Perform additional operational duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience placing FHA and VA appraisal orders is required.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment is critical.
