Job Description
This role will oversee the strategic engagement with Rockbot’s GTM partners. This will include executing on partner programs and organizing channel data and logistics with technology systems. You will work closely with several teams across the organization including Sales, Product, Support, Finance and Customer Success to assure our partners successfully grow their business with Rockbot. You will serve as a key contact in all matters related to partner concerns and needs and build and strengthen partner relationships to achieve long-term success and consistent business growth. You will also maintain accurate records, keeping track of account plans, contract dates, renewals, leads, and existing projects.
