Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will build sustainable customer relationships with farmers, trade customers and consultants and generate demand for Syngenta's crop protection solutions. Your tasks include building sustainable customer relationships with trading customers, local consultants, contractors and farmers, through a balanced approach to these customer groups. Achieving an optimal Syngenta market share with farmers and retailers in the sales area. Creating awareness and demand for Syngenta products and services through personal customer contacts and information transfer through the use of available communication tools. Planning product consumption for the sales area and securing the planning with/through key accounts, and working with colleagues in the sales areas. Responsible for timely reporting and documentation in the CRM system (SFDC).
