Job Description
Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new clinicians have a smooth start with Heidi. Support project implementation and operations across North America, helping GTM initiatives land successfully. Prepare GTM materials (desks, collateral, case study summaries) that help our sales and marketing teams stand out. Conduct targeted research to support partnerships, sales opportunities, and marketing campaigns. Coordinate end-to-end logistics - registrations, vendor forms, booth services, shipping, swag, hotels, and travel. Own timelines and budgets so our teams can focus on connecting with customers and partners. Ensure smooth wrap-up after each event with lead uploads, expense reconciliation, and organized handoffs to sales and marketing.
