About the role:
- Manager, Client Partner at Tinuiti leads client management and strategic account planning.
- Act as the primary advocate for clients within the agency.
- Ensure client goals are prioritized in strategic discussions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive account plans that align with client strategic goals.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and evaluation of team members through weekly 1:1 meetings.
- Utilize deep understanding of client business and industry trends to offer strategic guidance.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in Client Delivery roles with a proven track record.
- Expertise in multiple digital platforms like Google Analytics and Amazon Ad Console.
- Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
