QA Lead

Accountabilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of internal QA teams, ensuring testing activities are efficiently planned and executed.
• Manage resource allocation, delegate tasks, and adapt testing efforts to evolving development schedules.
• Act as the primary liaison between QA, development, publishing, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of QA experience in the video game industry, covering development and publishing.
• Minimum of 2 years in a QA leadership role with demonstrated team management experience.
• Strong understanding of modern software testing methodologies and technical build pipelines.
