Job Description

As a COBRA Analyst, you will administer and manage COBRA benefits for eligible employees and their dependents, including processing qualifying events and ensuring timely notifications. You will communicate with former employees regarding their COBRA options, benefits, enrollment, and payment processes. You will also maintain accurate COBRA records, handle COBRA inquiries, and work closely with HR and Benefits teams to track changes in employee status. Preparing and distributing COBRA notices and election forms, and assisting with the reconciliation of COBRA premiums and billing discrepancies will also be parts of the job. Qualifications include a high school diploma (Associate’s preferred), previous COBRA or benefits management experience, in-depth knowledge of COBRA laws, and strong attention to detail.
