Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, and support customers in the Economy Segment with new products and technical support.
- Maintain expert knowledge of all Axalta brands, troubleshoot issues, and document progress.
- Conduct product training and demonstrations to optimize paint system performance and profitability.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; certification in collision repair preferred.
- Minimum 1 year in automotive aftermarket/collision industry; 5+ years preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License required; willing to travel up to 75%.
