- The MH&P Analyst works directly with Distribution, IT, and business stakeholders to implement projects and improve distribution systems.
- Focus includes DC production processes, WMS (HighJump), and related components like voice, RF, and scanning hardware.
- This role provides support and services in collaboration with the MH&P Technology team and Distribution Leadership.
What Will You Be Doing?:
- Work with stakeholders to refine business requirements and plan solutions that meet business needs.
- Research and troubleshoot distribution systems, understanding operations and dependencies.
- Create documentation, assist with project plans, and act as a vendor contact for distribution solutions.
What Are We Looking For?:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 1-3 years in technology-based distribution systems.
- Experience with WMS like HighJump/Korber and Parcel Management like Proship is preferred.
- Excellent skills in Excel, SQL, troubleshooting, and creating functional documentation.
