Responsibilities:

  • Use multiple systems to research, reconcile, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Engage customers reconsidering cancellation by highlighting benefits and available deals to retain loyalty.
  • Fulfill order requests, provide shipping information, and meet standard contact center performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
  • 1 year of customer service in a Contact Center setting and proficiency with Windows, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of call center systems and workflows is also preferred for this role.
