Senior Program Officer

Responsibilities:

• Own a grantmaking portfolio and make funding decisions allocating hundreds of millions of dollars.
• Set strategic direction, identify high-impact opportunities, and structure grants.
• Mentor team members and communicate findings externally.

Qualifications:

• At least 5-10 years of professional experience in similar or closely-related roles.
• Strong track record in rigorous quantitative analysis and cost-effectiveness modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with emphasis on directness and clarity.
