Regional Health and Safety Coordinator LATAM

As the Regional Health & Safety Coordinator for LATAM, you will play a key role in implementing Twilio’s global Health and Safety strategy across the region. Reporting to the Director of Safety and Security Services, you’ll ensure that all LATAM offices and remote environments operate safely, comply with local regulations, and align with Twilio’s global standards. This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution to strengthen safety culture, standardize processes, and support. You will lead Health and Safety programs across LATAM, ensuring consistent application of Twilio’s global policies and local compliance. Your work will include developing and updating regional procedures, conducting site risk assessments, and coordinating incident investigations. You’ll design training and awareness programs, oversee audits, and ensure emergency readiness across all sites. Additionally, you’ll manage H&S data reporting, resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
