Director, Product Management

Looking for a Director of Product Management to join the team to take the product to the next level. As the Director of Product Management, you will lead the B2B SaaS product direction, guiding and scaling a team of PMs to reshape fleet management. You'll be accountable for driving the product strategy and execution of remarkable, best-in-class fleet software that customers will be glad to buy, and users will be glad to use. You'll partner with leaders across Fleetio on strategy, planning, and execution and ensure we’re continuously delivering the right solutions for the right target market at the right time. This role is part of the Product Leadership team and will report to the VP of Product. You will define and own a differentiated, data-informed product vision, strategy, goals, milestones, and roadmap. You will also drive conversion, activation, adoption, engagement, and retention. The role requires you to lead and scale a team of PMs to maximize their effectiveness and uplevel their career growth, as well as foster a culture of impact, risk-taking, experimentation, iteration, collaboration, learning, and sound decision-making.
