The Vice President of Sales will drive the commercial strategy and execution across all sales channels, including national and regional retail, mass, specialty beauty, and emerging markets. This leader will be responsible for driving revenue, market share expansion, and building a strong sales organization that can scale with the company. The VP will be directly responsible for developing and executing integrated strategies to grow and build the brand at retail across the United States and Canada, long-term profitability through strategic investment and disciplined sales planning. This role combines high-level strategic oversight with rigorous operational execution, ensuring that all sales channels function cohesively and align with our strategy. This individual will be a part of the Leadership Team and reports directly to the CEO of North America.
