The RSM will provide sales support to the Southern California Region, responsible for the territory by supporting Territory Managers in achieving goals, establishing new business, and developing buyer relationships. Will help deliver company assigned metrics, own the local sales team and help establish and improve buyer relationships at the dispensary level.
