Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for processing the day-to-day cash receipts from customers into Sage Intacct and other internal systems, as well as managing customer communications regarding invoice collection and other customer inquiries. This involves solving customer billing issues, and managing relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing reports, providing cash collection trends, enforcing billing deadlines, performing detailed analysis to respond to questions around billing and invoicing, payment application, aging reports, sub-ledger reconciliation, and monitoring delinquent accounts. The role also involves participating in audits and process improvement.
