Job Description
Insubuy is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware, as well as managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring system performance, and implementing security measures within an Azure environment. The systems administrator will provide technical support to end-users, create user accounts, and reset passwords. This position requires documenting system configurations and procedures, as well as planning for upgrades and new installations. A bachelorβs degree preferred or relevant work experience is needed, along with experience in CCaaS systems such as Genesys is a plus. This is a remote position, and candidate must be in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area, along with flexibility in work hours and willingness to work on-call.
