Sr. Director of Product, Platform

Lead and grow a team of Product Managers to define and deliver Vanta’s platform capabilities and experiences that scale with our rapidly growing customer base. Set the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s platform, including identity and admin, collaboration, billing, infrastructure, developer tools, and design systems. Partner closely with engineering and design leadership to ensure reliability, performance, and consistency across every product surface. Drive measurable improvements in time-to-value, activation, and retention in collaboration with our go-to-market teams. Be the DRI for several key business metrics, including scalability and performance of Vanta, enterprise security and admin experiences, collaboration experiences, and developer velocity and design quality. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. Making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential.
