About the Role:
- Support Everway's legal function by providing advice on commercial contracts, supplier agreements, data protection, governance, and corporate activities.
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Product, Info Security, AI, and other teams to manage legal risk.
- Help support business objectives while managing legal risk.
Essential Criteria:
- Legal qualification, paralegal qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with commercial contracts within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience supporting M&A or post-acquisition integration activities.
- Experience with intellectual property matters.
- Experience supporting procurement or vendor-contracting processes.
