About the Role:
- This role is part of Commvault’s Trust Team, encompassing legal, security, and corporate development functions.
- It offers a blend of transactional, advisory, and cross-functional legal work, primarily supporting the Americas region.
- Ideal candidate has 2–4 years of post-admission experience in commercial law, preferably in tech.
What You'll Do:
- Review, draft, negotiate and close revenue-generating contracts, procurement contracts, NDAs.
- Support the Americas Legal team and Trust teams with cross-functional assistance.
- Conduct legal research and advise on privacy, data security, etc.
Who You Are:
- Member in good standing of an accredited bar.
- 2–4 years of post-admission experience in commercial law, preferably tech.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
