Associate General Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, order forms, NDAs, DPAs, vendor agreements, distribution agreements, partnership agreements, and other strategic commercial contracts.
• Partner closely with business leadership, product, operations, and finance to support enterprise deals and strategic initiatives.
• Advise on product development and product launches, including identifying legal risks and developing practical, business-oriented solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• 5-8 years of legal experience, including experience at a top-tier law firm.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• Strong commercial contracting experience, particularly with SaaS, technology, enterprise customers, MSAs, SOWs, order forms, DPAs, vendor agreements, and related commercial agreements.
