The Store Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the online store, including order processing, inventory updates, and product catalog maintenance. This includes overseeing order workflow from placement through completion, ensuring accurate and timely processing. You will monitor store performance, identify issues, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution, as well as generating and analyzing store performance reports and tracking key metrics.
As a liaison, you will serve as the primary contact for shipping inquiries, tracking requests, and delivery issues, coordinating with shipping partners to troubleshoot shipping delays, lost packages, and delivery exceptions while maintaining proactive customer communication.
Supporting month-end processes and assisting with accurate billing records aligns with helping the finance department.
