Job Description

As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you will be responsible for providing support for first notice of loss auto insurance claims including: Connect with customers via phone, file/document new/updated claims, and assist customers with follow-ups on previously submitted claims. Assist customers with setting up/scheduling repairs and rentals. Communicate with medical, law, other insurance providers, etc. Work closely with adjusters, managers and others through the claim process. Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes and provide feedback on call issues.
