Legal Advisor Ukraine Operations

We are seeking a Legal Advisor to join our growing team and support Creatio’s global operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted legal partner across multiple departments, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks, mitigating risks, and enabling business growth. This is a diverse, hands-on role covering commercial, corporate, and employment matters in a fast-paced, international SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal support and advice to operational teams across global offices, including contracts, leases, procurement, and marketing events. Partner with the HR and People teams on global employment, EOR, and B2B engagements, including drafting and reviewing employment and contractor agreements. Support complex employment law matters and advise on workforce management. Draft and negotiate contracts for the sale of Creatio’s IT products and services; review customer agreements, RFPs, and due diligence requests. Identify and manage legal risks in client and vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with business interests. Support corporate governance and expansion activities, including entity setup, board appointments, and filings, in collaboration with external counsel.
