Deputy MLRO (AU)

The Deputy MLRO (AU) will support the Regional Compliance Officer in fulfilling AUSTRAC and global compliance obligations. The role will contribute to AML/CTF program oversight, entity licensing uplift, and regulatory reporting while also engaging in international compliance initiatives across the Group. This position is integral in ensuring consistent compliance standards, supporting governance, and contributing to the ongoing uplift of compliance practices. Key responsibilities include maintaining oversight of AML/CTF obligations, assisting in monitoring the effectiveness of controls, supporting internal reporting to senior management and governance committees, and aiding in maintenance of compliance monitoring program(s). The role also supports entity licensing uplift projects, provides assistance with global compliance asks, and engages with Group-level initiatives to align AU operations with international compliance standards.
