Senior Manager, Corporate Workplace Transformation

This role manages the coordination and execution of a virtual learning program, supporting the delivery of high-impact learning experiences to equip corporate leaders with the skills to drive sustainable organizational change and systemic transformation. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing program calendars, curating resources, conducting research, developing toolkits, and ensuring the smooth operation of virtual workshops and events. The Senior Manager will also engage with clients and stakeholders, build relationships, and provide support to internal and external partners. Operations support will also be provided to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
