Agency Partner Manager

As an Agency Partner Manager, you will lead the growth and success of our agency ecosystem, serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of digital agency partners (primarily in the UK), building high-trust relationships, driving partner enablement, and ensuring a seamless partner experience. Your work empowers agencies to succeed on Platform.sh, while accelerating our go-to-market strategy in the region. You will lead partner onboarding and growth efforts, identifying high-potential digital agencies and nurturing strategic relationships. As the main point of contact for your portfolio of agency partners, you'll build trust, resolve challenges, and support day-to-day success with transparency and care. Maintain accurate CRM data and partner engagement records, while providing actionable insights on performance, growth opportunities, and partner health.
